• Before the job begins. meetings are held to ensure that information and customer expectations are carefully gathered and documented

• An estimate will be developed and discussed

• When work begins, the client will be clearly informed of progress and status of project. Questions along the way are always welcome and answered in a clear manner

• Any alterations during progress will be re-estimated and discussed with client — any changes to timelines because of alterations will be clearly discussed
